Coach Mike
Trainer
I worked part time for PPT in a non coaching role while i acquired the skills and certifications needed to be accepted to PPT’s coaching internship. From the minute I started working with clients on the fitness floor i knew this was the role for me! I love the energy of the small group personal training sessions and the fact that I still get to coach our members individually and really meet the them where they are in their fitness journey!
Coach Rachael
Trainer
I’m super thrilled to work with some super familiar faces (I went to school with Psycho Sid and then worked along side Sid and Jayme during my graduate degree) as well as the rest of the staff that’s already treated me like part of the family. My love for exercise and rehabilitation which started 10 years ago sparked my journey to try to help as many people as possible get back to a pain free lifestyle, from athletes to adults to anyone in between. There’s nothing better than being surrounded by so many like-minded, talented, and genuine trainers that really makes this place feel like home. I can’t wait to bring my background as an athletic trainer to the world of Pratt Personal Training to see two worlds collide!
