When we talk with you about improving your health and fitness, we would never say:
“Change 20 things starting Monday. Eat perfect. Sleep perfect. Train every day. Meditate. Read. Cold plunge. Zero sugar. Go.”
We all know how that ends.
And yet… behind the scenes, we sometimes fall into the exact same trap
Recently, we made some changes to roles and responsibilities on our team. In our heads, it sounded amazing:
“What if we fixed everything quickly? Imagine how dialed in everything would be.”
In reality: a few miscommunications, a couple of crossed wires, and some “wait, who’s doing what again?” moments.
So this email is us doing what we ask you to do:
- Less overhaul.
- More small adjustments.
- One change at a time.
We’re going to keep tightening things up, but in a more realistic, sustainable way—same as we’d coach you to do with your workouts and nutrition.
